Separate add-on
The EICR is a fixed wiring inspection required every five years. It runs on its own five-year cycle and is not part of the annual compliance programme above. We offer it as a separate add-on and send reminders ahead of the due date.
Major works, such as kitchens, bathrooms and renovations, aren't handled by Norwins directly, but we can refer you to Meade, our sister trade business. Every job includes full documentation. No hidden charges.
