Who is collecting your data?

When you submit our early access enquiry form, we collect:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your role (e.g. letting agent, landlord, host)
• The number of properties you manage
• Any message you choose to include

Why do we collect this data?

We collect this data solely to respond to your pre-launch enquiry and to contact you about the Norwins service. We will not use your details for any other purpose unless you explicitly consent.

How is your data stored?

Your submitted details are stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to the Norwins team. This data is stored securely and is not shared with any third-party service except Google.

How long do we keep your data?

We will retain your data for no longer than 12 months from the date of submission, unless you request deletion sooner. After this period, your details will be permanently removed from our records.

Your rights under UK GDPR

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your data — request what information we hold about you
• Correct your data — request that we update inaccurate information
• Delete your data — request that we erase your details at any time
• Withdraw consent — if you have opted in to further communications, you can withdraw this consent
